For example, one carrot, one apple and a glass of orange juice would suffice for the fruit and vegetable cutoffs in the study The U.S. government generally recommends at least 4 cups of fruits or vegetables daily for adults, depending on age and activity level; and about 2 1/2 hours of exercise weekly. Just Back From my academy.and prepare for my competition thingy .alot of work to do MAN!!!!!!!!.plus this competition i will make a theme butterfly for the bride.and evening i use red colour mostly.hehe.. today just at academy spray all my butterfly thingy.alot leh.seem like Ah Faye jiejie need to be betterfly Girlgirl lo. Janice also told me.never can imagine Faye jiejie becum soo girlish butterfly before.omgosh.i make her girlgirl.nt yeng wor.how ah.??haha..hope still pretty leh.
